Haya Al Aqeel from the Saudi Aramco Center (Waed) reviewed a number of supporting programs with the partners program organized by
Asharqia Chamber represented by the Young Businessmen Council at its
headquarters on Sunday 22 October 2017.
Al Aqeel stressed that Waed is working on restructuring its strategy
to include from various ages, pointing to the
large number of pioneering ideas provided by the beneficiaries.
Al Aqeel
explained during the program, which was managed by Council Member Areej
Al Qahtani, and witnessed the attendance of a large number of
interested and interested, that the Waed Center does not seek to
achieve profitability as much as it aims to improve the ideas leading
and support to be distinctive projects represent value added to the
national economy, We have developed several systems to help to be a successful business owner, based on our vision to be a role model
in encouraging and developing the business environment to
support the growth of the economic diversification and social development of
the Kingdom, supporting the Kingdom's strategies towards a knowledge
economy.
Al Aqeel
said that through the various financing programs, the Waed Center
invests in capitals, as the amount of investment reaches 20
million riyals, indicating that the projects supported by the center did
not register any cases of faltering, confirming that the center
supports instutions with consultants and specialists working on
developing the project protecting them through their advice. It is a part of
our mission to transform creative ideas into successful projects by
leveraging Aramco expertise to create sustainable and scalable small
and medium institutions in an environment of innovation.
Al Aqeel pointed that Waed contributed to the establishment
and development of 96 institutions by the financial support, with a
total financing of 350 million riyals, which contributed to the
provision of more than 3,000 job opportunities.
At the end of the program, the Head of the Council, Al Anoud
Al Rammah, honored the guest of the program Haya Al Aqeel with a
memorial shield.
