"Sulaiman Al Rajhi Group" Presents endowment experience in front of East Chamber businessmen
The East Chamber Organize represented by the Awqaf Committee next Tuesday evening (04/14/2015) an evening to view << Sulaiman bin Abdulaziz Al Rajhi group companies >> experience in endowment, which the Group CEO Dr. Ziad bin Othman Hugail reviews.. The major features of this experience, success factorsachieved, and the value of experience in the Kingdom endowment scene.
The evening to be held in the main building of the Chamber in Dammam addresses three axes, the first axis addresses (Introduction) to several themes: (endowment in Islam, the establishment of endowments and registration of the holding company, organizational structure of the holding company, the historical path, legal restructuring, the diversity of endowment investments).
The second axis (governance and relations between the holding company with subsidiaries) companies deals with the search (the differences between the endowment model and traditional model-profit, and the most important challenges facing the endowment companies, the difference between profit companies and companies owned by the Waqf, the most important sound to stop the governance factors, the axes of the good relationship between companies and endowment commission, the impact of trade laws and requirements in corporate profitability moratorium on corporate governance).
In the third axis (the charitable sector / social responsibility) Dr. Al Hugail presents the story and experience of the (Sulaiman Al Rajhi Health Sciences Foundation colleges, Sulaiman Al Rajhi mosque, and Sulaiman Al Rajhi Charitable Foundation, and Suleiman Al Rajhi for financing Foundation Development).
This evening comes in the framework of the East Chamber's Religious Endowments Committee efforts to show the vital role played by family businesses in the social and economic fields, especially in the field of endowments.
