Asharqia Chamber has organized on Monday,
April 11, 2016 a lecture entitled (vehicle insurance) on some of the behavior
of parties to the insurance process from an analytical perspective, in order to
raise the level of performance and a better development of the insurance
practicing.
Committee Chairman Salah Al Jabr, who managed the meeting that the specialist
Eid bin Abdullah Al Nasser, who presented the lecture has discussed several
themes: the insurance culture, and the relationship between the terms of the
insurance policy and the traffic, the unpaved road, the compensation for a
substitute vehicle, and the confusion about to the total loss.
Al Jabr has explained that the attendance have talked about harmed car repairs,
and the possibility of dealing with the incident confidentially or not, and
also the stages of previewing the application, and the mechanism of dealing
with the situation humanitarian and legal, and the right of person causing the
loss to know the cost of the reform, and not informing the company to the
insured about the near end of the document, and the special insurance
procedures for when a governmental group is responsible for the incident. In
conclusion the lecturer has been honored with a memorial shield.
