    ​The Chairman of Asharqia Chamber opens the Electronic Applications Exhibition 2024

    Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Prince of the Eastern Province, The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Asharqia Chamber, Badr bin Sulaiman Al-Ruzaiza, opened Monday, June 3, 2024, the Electronic Applications Exhibition 2024, which is organized by the Asharqia Chamber, represented by the Small Enterprises Center at its headquarters.

    The exhibition, which concluded on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, aims to enable the business sector to access various investment opportunities in the technical field, and to achieve and build successful partnerships through participants, those interested in the exhibition, and male investors and entrepreneurs.

    The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Ashariqa Chamber, Badr bin Sulaiman Al-Ruzaiza, appreciated the generous patronage of His Highness the Prince of the Eastern Province, stressing that it confirms the continued support of His Highness for the activities and programs of the Chamber, which enables it to continue working in supporting the business sector in the region.

    The Chairman of the Asharqia Chamber pointed out that the success of the first edition of the exhibition organized by the Chamber in 2018 was an incentive to continue organizing the exhibition in its second edition, hoping to achieve success for this edition due to the ideas and initiatives it contains that are in line with Saudi Vision 2030 and contribute to raising the performance of the local market providing new things in the electronic field.​

    Al-Raziza stressed that the exhibition comes at a time when the world is witnessing a major technical transformation, to the point that electronic applications have become important and have an impact on human life, pointing to the competition in technical transformation in the Kingdom in light of the support of the wise leadership in this field, which has opened the door to investment opportunities for young people. So that they can be creative in providing solutions to many challenges.

    Al-Raziza stated that the Electronic Applications Exhibition 2024, in its second edition, provides supportive spaces and a stimulating environment for entrepreneurs in the field of electronic applications, by presenting investment opportunities for male and female entrepreneurs and programmers to investors, which results in business expansion and spread through electronic applications.

    The exhibition witnessed the participation of many entities enabling small and medium enterprises by presenting their empowerment programs for enterprise owners, as the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises "Monshaat" highlighted its various services to visitors to the exhibition, which aims to make the small and medium enterprises sector a basic pillar for the development of the economy in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia and enabling it to achieve Vision 2030 by supporting the growth and competitiveness of small and medium enterprises, by building a stimulating environment and an entrepreneurial community, by leading cooperation with our strategic partners in the public, private and non-profit sectors locally and internationally.

    The Social Development Bank also reviewed the Avenue 30 program, which aims to create diverse business spaces and areas for the bank's clients and a supportive environment for the entrepreneurship community in the regions, with the aim of creating opportunities for new projects and increasing the chances of sustainability of the funded projects within a vibrant community in line with Vision 2030.

    The Small and Medium Enterprises Bank presented the "Finance You in Two Days" initiative, which showcases the innovative financing solutions, support and services provided by the bank to male and female entrepreneurs and those interested. The Saudi Business Center also provided its services to those wishing to do business, in addition to the most prominent capabilities provided to small and medium enterprises.

    On its first day, the exhibition witnessed a remarkable presence entitled "How to Build a Billionaire Start-up Company" with the participation of owners of electronic applications and male and female entrepreneurs interested in developing their businesses, presented by the co-founder and CEO of Vision Ventures, Eng. Qais bin Abdul Hamid Al-Issa, where he highlighted the basics for building medium-sized companies. And small to reach an investment volume of two billion, in addition to the importance of managing and developing the project to achieve an investment return that contributes to the economic domestic product.

    During the meeting, Eng. Qais pointed out the secrets of the success of technology companies and their transformation into large companies that achieve a billion-dollar investment return. Al-Issa reviewed the successful experiences in his practical career while investing in 50 startup companies and highlighted the most prominent challenges he faced as an investor in them, and the appropriate solutions to get rid of these challenges and turn them into investment opportunities attractive to investors.

    The exhibition witnessed the participation of many owners of electronic applications, programmers, and those interested in them, which reflected many service activities and technical solutions to the needs of individuals and business owners.

    The Asharqia Chamber Entrepreneurship Incubator held the "Investors Meeting 2024" on Tuesday, through which it aims to bring together male and female entrepreneurs with investors from the business sector in the Eastern Region to create partnerships and successful investments and present experiences and expertise among them. The meeting witnessed the presentation of 10 investment opportunities to investors, which went through several stages. And qualifiers by the Asharqia Chamber Entrepreneurship Incubator, and the investment opportunities varied in many development, service, and sports fields. The investment opportunities included: Kassab, Educational Candles, Lazy Weight, Raya Jewelry, Nexta, Artizana Market, Asala Al-Shorouk Factory, Insurance Tech, and Zedna Solutions. Electronic billing, and HIFEX DSS for manufacturing electrical testing and measuring devices.​
