Madad also provides several services through the payroll system, including (enterprise data management), as the system provides all facility data directly through the social insurance system, and (employee management), where the system provides all employee data directly Through the social insurance system, in addition to electronic payment and salary management, where the owner of the facility can save and process salary data for his employees with the addition of deductions and the provision of allowances and rewards.
Regarding the compliance system (wages), they mentioned that the program was launched by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in 2013 and was later developed in line with "Vision 2030", to enhance the commitment of establishments to raising workers' wage files, monitoring violations and commission rates, and addressing justifications, and the system in general targets All private sector establishments, with a gradual obligation over certain stages.
They concluded by saying that adherence to these two systems achieves a safe work environment by raising transparency, preserving the rights of the contracting parties, reducing wage disputes between establishments and workers in the private sector, the ease of creating and documenting employee contracts, and knowing the percentage of the facility's commitment.
