"Human Resources and Social Development" reviews its services to the business sector in Qatif
Mutlaq bin Dahem Al-Qahtani, Director of the Office of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in Jubail Governorate, explained that the ministry’s services directed to the business sector are numerous and varied, and can be obtained automatically, or through the ministry’s offices spread across the cities and governorates of the Kingdom, stressing the ministry’s keenness to ensure that these services meet the aspirations of the private sector, and to be as fast and accurate as required by the sector.
This came during the (introductory meeting with human resource services and social development for the business sector), which was held at the headquarters of the Asharqia Chamber branch in Qatif Governorate, Tuesday, February 14, 2023. It was moderated by a member of the Business Council of the Chamber’s branch in Qatif, Alaa Al-Dubaisi, in the presence of the Chairman of the Council, Abdul Raouf Al-Matrod.
Al-Qahtani talked about 53 services provided by the Ministry in an automated manner, in record fast times, the most important of which is the renewal of work permits, the issuance of work permits for the final exit, as well as certificates of Saudization and harmonization, documents for self-employment, and the announcement of work jobs and the establishment of their contracts via the (remote work platform). Settlement of the first violation in exchange for commitment, certificate of commitment to wage protection, notices of temporary work services, inquiries about an expatriate employee, objection to inspection violations, settlement in exchange for a settlement, electronic documentation, and changing the commercial activity of the establishment, In addition, Al-Qahtani reviewed several services provided by the Ministry of Human Resources through the labor offices. The services provided by the Ministry of Human Resources through the offices affiliated with the Ministry in cities and governorates, including: “customer service” such as adding an account manager. , or modifying professions, or placing the establishment under the procedure, and “labor relations” service such as issuing final exit permits, receiving escape reports, transferring worker services, and other services such as "monitoring and developing the work environment services, and friendly settlements, and services provided by the supervision, protection, and support unit, which relates to what is reported by any office of the embassies or the Human Rights Commission in cases that require the intervention of the ministry (or its office), And the services of the Domestic Labor Committee. Al-Qahtani reviewed several platforms through which all services are obtained, including the Qawia platform, the Friendly platform, and the Musaned platform.
