"Arbitration in inheritance disputes Lecture" on Monday
The Chamber organize Monday evening 31 March 2014 public lecture titled (inheritance disputes arbitration) provided by lecturer and lawyer and arbitrator on grievances Sheikh Hassan Bin Ibrahim Saif, main headquarters of the Chamber in Dammam. He covers topics relating to arbitration as a term and it applied to disputes in General, with a focus on dispute of inheritance in particular, the importance of this lecture given to the issues of the distribution of estates of the details behind the many complications that increase over time because of generational, multiple hires was considered a viable means of arbitration may have been faster to resolve disputes instead of referring them to court.
