Shura Council decide on a proposed amendment system of foreign investment
The Consultative Council Discuss at its 61st regular Monday meetings Committee report on Economic Affairs and energy on the proposal for amendment of some articles of the foreign investment issued by Royal Decree No.م/1, 5/1/1421 , submitted by former Board members Dr. Abdullah and Mohammed alkoihas steam engineer Salem Al-MARRI under article 23 of the Shura Council. The Council also voted on the recommendations of the Committee on Islamic Affairs, on the annual report of the General Presidency of scholarly research and issuing fatwas for fiscal 2012/1434, after listening to the views of the Committee on its views and observations of members during the discussion of the report. It's called three recommendations to support the annual budget of the General Presidency for academic research and issuing fatwas, to meet the requirements of the development of the Web site, the Committee also urged the Presidency to attract more outstanding scientific talents and research jurisprudence, in addition to a plan for the development of the library in Saudi Arabia.
The Board will vote on the recommendations of the Committee on transport, communications and information technology on the annual performance report of the Saudi Postal Corporation for the fiscal year 2012/1434, after listening to the views of the Commission towards the Member feedback during their interventions to the report, the Council discussed the report of the Committee on Foreign Affairs on the General Convention between the Government of the United Kingdom and the Government of the Republic of Afghanistan.
Topics on the agenda of the Council during the discussion of the report of the meeting of the Security Committee on the re-examination request to amend article 7 of the internal security forces, promulgated in Royal Decree No. m/10 dated 4/12/1384 Ah. And vote on the recommendations of the Committee on administration and human resources, on the report of the General Organization for social insurance for the year 1433/1434, after listening to the views of the Committee members ' views and suggestions about posed during the discussion of the report, and discusses the report of the Committee on transport, communications and information technology on the memorandum of cooperation between the General authority of civil aviation in the Kingdom and the transportation security administration in the Department of Homeland Security in the United States in the field of civil aviation security.
