OPEC Secretary :oil prices will see some recovery very soon

TheReuters news agency quotedBadrisaid in an interview, "oil pricescurrentlyrangebetween 45 and55 dollarsa barrel,andI think theymay have foundthe lowest levelandwe will seesomerecoveryverysoon."
