Memorandum of Understanding for the establishment of the Council of Saudi -German businessmen
Council of Saudi Chambers announced on the signing of a memorandum of understanding with the Association of German Chambers of Commerce and industry, to create a Saudi Business Council, in the framework of a plan to strengthen the bilateral relations between the two countries, especially in the trade sector. This came after a delegation from the business sector, headed by Abdullah almobty, Chairman of the Council of Saudi Chambers, in the Saudi-German business forum organized by the Association of German Chambers of Commerce and industry and the Council Chambers in the capital Berlin.
The Forum discussed strengthening economic and trade cooperation opportunities between Saudi Arabia and Germany. Almobty said yesterday that the Saudi delegation's participation in the Forum aimed at building economic and trade relations between the two countries, taking advantage of the advanced level of Saudi German relations at all levels. He said Germany is an important trade partner of Saudi Arabia, while the associated countries with economic agreements in the area of support and encouragement and protection of investment between them. He stressed the importance of exchanges between business sectors in the two countries and discovers areas and opportunities of both countries to push trade relations between them to wide areas.
