European Union Seeks to Attract Highly Qualified Foreigners
Most European countries Lack qualified people especially engineers, computer specialists and medical sector , the European Commission has conducted a study proving the need of the European Union countries for highly qualified Workers rises every year by 3 per cent compared to 1 per cent only for other sectors.
