Chamber presents its regards and informs you of the letter of the Council of
Saudi Chambers No.
615) dated 19/2/1439, referred to the General Customs Authority's
letter no. (1841-39) and the date of (17/2/1439) regarding the notice of
some importers to submit invoices with general names of the class In
accordance with 27 of the Uniform Customs Law (s), which
required the submission of detailed and accurate invoices on the nature
of the actual inventory in terms of the types, specifications, weights
and specific measurements of the items received. For example, invoices
for imports of carpets and mummies Manual / automatic, thread making material used in PP, acrylic, etc., weighing per square meter, T Differentiated per square meter, quantity, unit of measurement).
Therefore, the Council hopes all concerned to comply with the customs
duties so that their imports are not subject to delay or subject to the
penalties provided for in Article 30 of the Executive Regulations of the
unified Customs Law which will be implemented from 1/7/1439.
