Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you of receiving an e-mail from the Federation of Saudi Chambers on (15/5/2022 AD), referring to an e-mail from the Ministry of Commerce represented by the Corporate Governance Department on (12/5/2022 AD), That includes its intention to hold a remote workshop entitled (Motivating Commercial Establishments to Transform into Closed Joint Stock Companies) on Tuesday 17/5/2022 AD, at 8:30 pm, to encourage commercial establishments to transform into closed joint stock companies, and to clarify the concept of governance in Closed joint-stock companies, raising awareness of corporate regulations, and assisting in the support and continuity of commercial establishments.
