 Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best greetings, and would like to inform you of receiving the letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers No. (2780) dated 13/11 / 1439, which referred to the letter of the Ministry of Commerce and Investment No. 55620 dated 11/11/1439, which referred to the Royal Decree No. (20889) dated (30/4/1439) that approved the formation of a permanent committee to raise awareness and warning of the activity of trading securities in the foreign exchange market (Forex) that is not authorized by the head the Capital Market Authority, the membership of the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of Culture and Information, the Ministry of Commerce and Investment, and the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency, which includes the submission of the attached circular No. 47012 dated 16/9/1439 that to add the task of addressing digital currency marketing activities (Bitcoin) to the not authorized list for the functions of this Committee.​
