owned by the Ministry of Labor and Social Development in the Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia. It is a voluntary system for companies wishing to improve
environments Its work to be inclusive and more supportive of persons with
disabilities and to obtain recognition through the approved certificate. The
"Harmonization" certification system is part of the Consensus Program
for the Employment of Persons with Disabilities, which aims to support and
empower the workforce to work in the private sector.
