Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the letter from the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (44104388) and the date (10/19/1444 AH), in which it is indicated that the Federation received the letter of His Excellency the Secretary General of the Saudi Health Council No. (9-35191) and the date (10/17/1444 AH) Regarding the delay in registering electronic death reports from several health facilities through the existing electronic services between the Ministry of Interior Agency for Civil Status and the Ministry of Health.
Therefore, the federation hopes that all health facilities record the death electronically promptly, to preserve the rights of the heirs and secure their civil records.
