Council of Saudi Chambers No. (2030) date (20/7 / 1438) referring to letter of the Ministry of
Commerce and Investment No. (36678) date 19/7/1438 referring to the letter of His
Royal Highness the Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior
on the date of (9/7 / 1438), containing the decision of His Highness No. (5101)
date (2/7/1438) and No. (5099) date (2/7/1438), stating the instructions of the
Supreme Security Industrial Committee (SEC) )
and the Safety and Fire Protection Regulations (SAF) of the petroleum,
industrial and service establishments under the supervision of the Supreme
Industrial Security Committee, as required by the current circumstances, and developments
in industrial security in its three sections (Security, Safety, Fire
Protection) and His Highness desire to approve these instructions in establishments
subjected to the supervision of the Supreme Committee for Industrial Security.
