Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards, and informs you that it has received the letter of the Union of Saudi Chambers (45505553) dated (12/3/1445 AH), which indicates that the Union received the Saudi Health Council’s letter No. (14-37789) and dated (11/26/1445 AH) regarding the health file initiative. The unified electronic mail, which includes the following:
Entities that provide health services in the government, civil, military, and private sectors in all regions and cities of the Kingdom must cooperate with the National Center for Health Information, by sharing with it all health data for patients, and everything that would complete the process of effective technical linkage with the unified electronic health file for all beneficiaries. without exception.
The entities referred to in the above paragraph must coordinate with the National Center for Health Information to submit an action plan and time frame to implement what is included in that paragraph within (90) days.
The Council also referred to the presentation submitted by the Center for Health Information at the Saudi Health Council meeting, regarding the unified health file (Nafis) and what was discussed on the subject.
