Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you of receiving the letter of the Emirate of the Eastern Province No. (13117/16) dated (23/4/1443 AH), Regarding the telegram of His Royal Highness the Minister of Interior No. (63695) and dated (12/3/1443 AH) appended to Telegram No. (21549) and dated (5/2/1443 AH) based on the noble Royal Decree No. (6409) and dated (30 /1/1443 AH) approved that Monday evening, the night of Tuesday 8 Shawwal 1443 AH (May 9, 2022 AD), be the night of the time reference for the general population census for the year 1443 AH (2022 AD).
What was indicated was accompanied by a copy of a telegram of His Excellency the Minister of Economy and Planning, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Authority for Statistics No. (198/2293/43), dated (26/2/1443 AH) Included that the first phase of the actual population and housing enumeration will start from September (2021) until the end of March (2022), and the second phase will start from the beginning of May (2022) until the end of August (2022) in all regions of the Kingdom, Where a local committee will be formed in some regions of the Kingdom from several government agencies to facilitate the actual enumeration work in the region and support the work of the census project.
