Greetings,
Asharqia Chamber extends its warmest regards to you and informs you of receiving a letter from the Saudi Chambers Union, numbered (45102765) and dated (27/6/1445 AH). The letter refers to the Union's receipt of a communication from the Ministry of Commerce, numbered (19703) and dated (20/6/1445 AH), regarding a telegram from the CEO of the General Authority for Food and Drug (17171/B) and dated (18/6/1445 AH). The communication includes an immediate notification from the World Organization for Animal Health (WOAH) dated (7/6/1445 AH), indicating the outbreak of highly pathogenic avian influenza in the Mazowieckie province in the Republic of Poland.
In light of this, the Chamber issued Decision No. (16741/B) on (15/6/1445 AH), imposing a temporary ban on the import of poultry meat, table eggs, and their products and preparations from the Mazowieckie province in the Republic of Poland.
