Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards, and informs you that it has received the letter of the Union of Saudi Chambers No. (45102752) dated (6/26/1445 AH), in which it is referred to the Union’s receipt of the letter from the Food and Drug General Authority No. (17341/A) dated (6/20/1445 AH) containing The results of the Authority’s technical team’s visit to the headquarters of the European Commission, and after referring to the recommendations issued by the World Health Organization for Animal Health (WOAH) contained in Article (11.4) and Article (14.8) of the Terrestrial Animal Health Constitution, which indicate the possibility of lifting the ban, and where a decision was issued Authority No. (15736/Q) dated (5/6/1445 AH), regarding lifting the temporary ban imposed on the import of beef and sheep meat, their products and equipment from all European Union countries.
