    Greetings,

    Asharqia Chamber extends its best regards to you, and informs you that it has received the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers of Commerce No. (4556069) dated (20/7/1446 AH), which refers to the letter of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture No. (21059202) dated (12 Rajab 1446 AH), and attached to the Cabinet Resolution No. (605) dated (25 Rajab 1445 AH), issued regarding the state bearing customs duties for agricultural production inputs, which includes all items of production inputs related to animal, plant and fish production and marketing services according to the customs tariff items for the targeted items, and what is stated in the second item in paragraph (b) "Importing institutions and companies, the approval of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture before the goods arrive at the customs department, and that the commercial register of the importing company or institution includes its practice of importing agricultural production inputs", and in view of what was observed by the Ministry of Environment of the lack of response from employees of the commercial sector with the advantages of customs exemption. Accordingly, the Union would like to inform the concerned parties, interested parties and investors concerned with the above-mentioned service and the details required to complete the data.
