Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the letter of the Eastern Region Secretariat No. (43064135), dated (9/6/1443 AH), Regarding the interest of the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in the tourism sector as one of the important sectors in the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 to achieve a policy of diversifying the economy and entertainment through the optimal exploitation of natural resources and their diverse environment that the regions of the Kingdom enjoy,From this standpoint, the municipality, during the previous period, sought to translate this trend on the ground by offering investment sites at the level of the cities and villages of Qatif Governorate, to raise the level of services, raise municipal revenues, reduce maintenance costs, participate in the development and make the most of all lands, real estate and belongings municipality and reduce expenses.
Accordingly, based on partnership and cooperation between the municipal sector and the private sector, we invite you to enter into the following competitions and investment opportunities:
Bidding to rent a site for the operation, maintenance, and management of the Prince Sultan Civilization Center located in the land front of the Majidiya Corniche in Qatif Governorate, provided that the project includes (hotel/theaters/galleries, a museum hall, and a science club) and the operation of its project components according to the study prepared and included a marine museum and a fish garden with a private marina It has a floating restaurant, gardens, and parks with a heritage character, amusement parks and children's playgrounds, amphitheaters, fishing and activities areas, and a festival ground.
Bidding for renting the site of the eastern waterfront of Tarut Island, with a total area of (80,000 square meters), eighty thousand square meters.
