Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the Federation of Saudi Chambers letter no. (44102345) dated (6/15/1444 AH), concerning the letter of His Excellency the Minister of Commerce No. (20453) and the date (6/8/1444 AH) which is included in it indicates that the new corporate law and its implementing regulations will soon come into force, which will go into effect as of the date (6/25/1444 AH), corresponding to (1/18/2023 AD).
