Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (4311923), dated 3/5/1443 AH, regarding the Federation’s receipt of the letter of the Ministry of Commerce No. (10075) dated (2/5/1443 AH), referred to in the Royal Court telegram No. (26600) and dated (26/4/1443 AH), which includes the kind approval of what was directed by the Council of Ministers, regarding finding a mechanism to control transport operations by non-Saudi vehicles destined for the territory of the Kingdom, and where paragraph (6) of it included: Take what is necessary to ensure that merchants, factories, importers, institutions, companies and the like do not contract with foreign trucks for transportation within the Kingdom, or to a third country other than the country of registration of the truck, except after obtaining the necessary permit from the Public Authority for Transport in the Kingdom.
