The Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers No. (42102597) dated (2/7/1442) and concerning the letter of the Public Transport Authority No. (5711/42/1) dated (28/6/1442), Regarding the organization of the General Authority for Survey and Geospatial Information, which includes that one of the tasks of the Authority is to prepare national specifications and standards related to the field of survey work and geospatial information, and the importance of unifying specifications and standards for geospatial data and organizing survey work at the national level for the optimal use of resources and the integration and exchange of geospatial data between entities. The General Authority for Survey and Geospatial Information establishes the National Spatial Reference (SANSRS) by calculating the National Geodetic Reference in cooperation and coordination with several relevant authorities.
