Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received a letter from the Ministry of Commerce No. (22712) and the date (25/6/1444 AH), in which reference is made to the new corporate law issued by Royal Decree No. (M / 132) and the date (1/12/1443 AH), And to Paragraph (1) of Article (two hundred and seventy-seventh), which stipulates that “1- The Minister and the Council of the Commission shall issue the regulations, each in his jurisdiction, within a maximum period of (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of the publication of the system,” and reference was made to the Ministry’s decision No. (284). And on the date (23/6/1444 AH), the judge in the first item approved the executive regulations of the Companies Law.
