The Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards, and informs you that it has received a letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers No. (42100227) and the date (1/14/1442), in which the letter of the Ministry of Commerce is referred to No. (60513) dated (12/22/1441), which is written on the telegram of His Excellency the Deputy Governor For the communications sector assigned to the Communications and Information Technology Commission No. (198/1441 / TBD) dated (10/22/1441) corresponding to (06/14/2020), which includes the Commission’s note of the continued import and sale of mobile phone signal booster devices attached to a number of types the most widespread in the Kingdom and not approved by the Communications and Information Technology Commission, which causes great damage to the quality of communications and the work of radio interference, and the irregularity of the circulation of such devices related to this, and what exposes importers and sellers in violation of the statutory penalties against them.
