The East Chamber presents its compliments, this is to inform you that we received the letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers No. (ش.غ/ 3102) dated (11/15/1435 e), referred it to the letter of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry No. (267/9/1/6474 /ع) dated (01/11/1435 e), on the circular chambers of commerce and industry to inform stakeholders of the companies, dealers and manufacturers to abide by and apply the following standard specifications:
- Standard No. (SASO 2663/2012 ) (requirements for card power and minimum energy efficiency for air conditioners), which begins with the mandatory application of the second phase on the customs ports, factories, markets from the date (22/01/2015 AD).
- Standard No. (SASO 2692/2013 m) (requirements for energy card and the minimum energy efficiency of washing machines and refrigerators), which begins with the mandatory application of the customs ports and factories on (01/01/2015) and markets (01/03/2015 AD).
- Standard No. (SASO 2856/2014 m) (energy requirements of the card and the minimum energy efficiency of thermal insulation), which begins with the mandatory application of the customs ports and factories on (05/11/2014 AD).
