Asharqia Chamber presents its best greetings to you, and would like to inform you of receiving the letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers (L / 2757) dated 11/11 / 1439, which referred to the speech of His Excellency Undersecretary-in-charge of the Ministry of Commerce and Investment for Internal Trading No. (54920) dated (6/11/1439) that attached to the speech of His Excellency the President of the General Authority for Statistics No. (2632/2293/39) dated (24/9/1439), which referred to the Royal Decree No. (443098) dated (3/9/1439) on the Kingdom's Development Reports for the 2nd and 3rd Quarters of 2017.
It included several items such as (first) the establishment of the General Authority for Statistics after the completion of the provision of data necessary to prepare the report of the gross domestic product by administrative regions, as well as what is stated in (VIII) that the competent authorities should, in accordance with their competence, provide the entities to whom they have been issued the necessary data and information in order to enable them to carry out the tasks entrusted to them.
Therefore, the Authority hopes that the establishments in cooperation with the General Authority for Statistics to provide the basic financial data of the branches that follow the researcher, when the researcher visit the field of the Authority for one of the branches of the establishments in any administrative area.
It should include the following parts:
-Number of employees at branch level.
-Operating and transfer expenses at the branch level.
-Operating and transfer income at the branch level.
-Change in assets (fixed and financial).
-Commitments at the branch level that show the value of assets at the beginning and end of the year.
-Annual depreciation of fixed assets.
-Change in assets and liabilities such as additions (purchases from assets) and exclusions (sales of assets) during the year.
