Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received a letter from the Council of Saudi Chambers No. (42100252) and the date (01/15/1442), in which reference is made to the letter of the General Authority for Food and Drug No. (1425 / a) and the date (15/1/1442). The authority's supplemental letter issued No. (27108) and the date (9/24/1441) regarding the authority Circular No. (27020) and the date (09/22/1441) regarding the draft “Regulations and requirements for the inclusion of cosmetic products”, and where the opinions of the concerned parties were taken from Importers and manufacturers of these products, therefore, the Authority would like to inform you of the issuance of Circular No. (1036 / P) dated (11/1/1442) regarding the publication of the controls and requirements in its new version.
