The Committee intends to implement a number of field statistical surveys

​          Asharqia Chamber presents its greetings to you and informs you of receipt of the letter of the General Organization for Statistics No. (722/2293/39) date 3/3/1439, referring to the Committee intention to implement a number of statistical field surveys (demographic, economic and social) during 2018, These surveys are one of the most important statistical operations carried out by the Committee based on international, regional and local requirements and to achieve the vision of the Kingdom 2030.

     A team of employees of the Authority and a large group of collaborators will perform the task of collecting the data of these surveys on the ground using the sample method on households and economic establishments in all regions of the Kingdom. These surveys aim at updating databases and statistical indicators and providing them to all public and private bodies and decision makers, as well as beneficiaries and interested parties. Researchers and planners, and to contribute to the success of these important statistical works, which is one of the main pillars on which the Kingdom's development plans are based.

     Therefore, the Authority hopes the owners, managers and officials of institutions and companies to cooperate with the staff and representatives of the Committee charged with the task of collecting data by responding to them and giving them the required data. TheCommittee is committed to complete confidentiality of all data updated and not used for statistical purposes only. Personal identification cards proving their affiliation with the Authority and the task assigned to them.
