Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best greetings, would like to inform you about the letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers (SG / 2112) dated 25/7/1439 that referred to the letter of the Ministry of Commerce and Investment No. 40531 dated 24/7/1439.
It is on the temporary ban on the importation of live birds, hatching eggs, and chicks from the State of the Netherlands. The temporary ban is based on the information contained in the OIE Warning Bulletin dated 27 February 2018, which included the appearance of highly pathogenic avian influenza in the State of the Netherlands. It also based on the decision of the Ministry of Agriculture No. (304/1291/1439) dated (11/7 / 1439) that imposed a temporary ban on the import of live birds, hatching eggs, and chicks from the Netherlands.
