Asharqia Chamber presents its best greetings to you, and would like to inform you of the letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers No. 67 / dated 8/1 / 1440H, which referred to the letter of the Ministry of Commerce and Investment No. (1100) dated (7/1/1440) on a temporary ban on the importation of cattle from the State of Georgia.
The temporary ban is based on the information contained in the Warning Bulletin issued by the World Organization for Animal Health (OIE) on (3/8/2018), which includes the emergence of dermatological dermatitis cases in the State of Georgia, and the issuance of the decision of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture No. (148/79731/1439) dated (26/12/1439) on the temporary ban on the importation of cattle from the State of Georgia due to dermatitis.
