Gentlemen/ Importers of Poultry Meat and Table Eggs

Asharqia Chamber extends its best regards to you, and informs you that it has received the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (45511175/1) dated (15/5/1446 AH), which refers to the letter of the General Authority for Food and Drug No. (21719/2) dated (5/11/2024 AD), and attached to the immediate notification report issued by the World Organization for Animal Health (WOAH) dated (28/3/1446 AH) corresponding to (21/10/2024 AD), which states the outbreak of highly pathogenic avian influenza in the (Wielkopolskie) Province of the Republic of Poland, and the issuance of the Authority’s decision No. (20248/10) dated (25/4/1446 AH), imposing a temporary ban on the import of poultry meat, table eggs, their products and equipment from the (Wielkopolskie) Province of the Republic of Poland, with the exception of poultry meat, table eggs and their processed products Thermally, using methods approved by the Authority.
