Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards, and informs you that it has received the letter of the Union of Saudi Chambers No. (45103994) dated (1/9/1445 AH), which refers to the email received from the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization, dated 26 Shaaban 1445 AH, corresponding to March 7, 2024 AD, attached to the decision of the Council of Ministers. No. (386) dated 11 Rajab 1442 AH approving the organization of periodic technical inspection of vehicles and transferring supervision to the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization.
Accordingly, the Union informs those concerned with expertise in car showrooms of the importance of confirming the validity of the periodic technical inspection document early and before starting the process of executing the sale.
