Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers No. (42101190) and the date (3/26/1442), in which it is referred to the letter of the Ministry of Commerce No. (05260) and dated (3/22/1442). Interior No. (32780) dated (2/18/1442), which includes reference to the Royal Decree No. (66875) dated (12/14/1441), regarding His Highness’s request that each entity is established according to the geographical area in addition to its subsidiary or supervised bodies With the tasks of controlling violations regarding non-compliance with precautionary measures and health preventive measures to limit the gatherings that contribute to the transmission and spread of the new Coronavirus, and the imposition of penalties on those who violate them inside and outside the official working hours against those who commit any of those violations, whether they are employees of the organization or those within its scope, In accordance with the royal decree referred to above.
