The Chamber presents its compliments; this is to inform you that we received the letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers No. (ل و ي/2449) dated (20/8/1435), referred to the letter of the Minister of Health designated number (302883), date (18/8/1435 ) containing the consent of the high holy place of amending article (ii) of the system of private health institutions to become with the text contained in the decision of the Council of Ministers No. (184) today (5 /6/ 1434) notice (10 months) of private health institutions contained in article 34 of the rules, until the issuance of the amended regulations. And further to the Ministry Circular No. (162276) today (2/5/1435 e) extension of the time limit referred to above for three months as of the date (4/8/1435 e) to complete the statutory procedures. Therefore, the adoption of extension of private health institutions contained in article 34 of the system of private health institutions for a period of six months as from the date (4/8/1435 e) until the issuance of the amended regulations.
