Asharqia Chamber presents its best greetings to you and would like to inform you about receiving a letter from the Council of Saudi Chambers No. (2763) dated 11/11 / 1439H, which referred to the letter of the Saudi Food and Drug Authority No. 67342 / AD dated 11/11/1439, which referred to the Authority's telegram No. (56906 / GS) dated (21/9/1439 H) and No. (58401) dated (26/9/1439 H) on the suspension of the importation of meat and its products from INDAGRO FOODS PVT LTD, which bears the accreditation number 36 and M / s M.K. Overseas (p) Ltd., which bears the accreditation number 55 in the Republic of India due to repeated contamination of its products with E.COLI 0157.
In order to ensure the safety of the consumer and to preserve the safety of meat that is exported to Saudi Arabia, the Authority approved the removal of INDAGRO FOODS PVT LTD, which carries the accreditation number 36 and the M / s M.K. Overseas (p), which bears the accreditation number 55 in the Republic of India from the list of establishments that is approved by the Authority for the export of meat and its products to the Kingdom; due to the repeated violation of the limits allowed in the Gulf Technical Regulations (GSO 1016) for the second time due to the contamination of their products with a microbe (E. coli 0157).
