All health sectors must pay attention to data and indicators related to deaths in the Kingdom, which is based on the circular of His Excellency the Minister of Health, Chairman of the Saudi Health Council No. (4-28145) dated (9/22/1442 AH) regarding stopping work using paper reports and committing to upload data and information for deaths from Through the unified national electronic system prepared by the Ministry of Health.

 The Health Council is urged to adhere to the policies, procedures and performance indicators issued by the Ministry of Health to serve death reports for deaths occurring within health facilities in the Kingdom.​
