Asharqia Chamber extends its best regards to you, and informs you that it has received the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers of Commerce No. (45515082/1) dated (13/7/1446 AH), which refers to the letter of the Ministry of Commerce No. (22050) dated (3/7/1446 AH), regarding the rapid changes in the business environment, and the training and professional development process has become a pivotal matter in enhancing the capabilities of establishments to continue and adapt to changes and growth, and training is one of the basic tools for achieving the localization targets effectively by contributing to increasing Saudi employees in the private sector as well as empowering them with leadership and qualitative positions, by raising the efficiency of workers and providing them with the necessary skills, and where the Assistant Agency for Localization at the Ministry of Commerce has prepared a questionnaire for commercial sector establishments aimed at identifying the reasons and opportunities and working on studying them to enable establishments and individuals to benefit more from training.
