Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best greetings, and would like to inform you about receiving the letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers No. (2364) dated 28/8/1439, which referred to the letter of the Ministry of Commerce and Investment No. 46128 dated 23/8/1439. That based on the letter of the Minister of Finance No. 7204 dated 16/8/1439, which referred to the Supreme Order No. (5167) dated (3/2/1439), which declared- in the second paragraph of the approval of the recommendation of the Ministerial Supply Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture- the study the provision of subsidy for soybeans directly as other feed elements based on the proportion of protein and energy for gain and crust.

Whereas the Ministerial Supply Committee took its minutes dated (24/7/1439), which includes the following:

First: to subsidize soybeans in the same manner as the other fodder elements, for the quantities received by Saudi ports for four months after the date of this record by the Ministry of Commerce and Investment to the importers according to the following:

Second: the mechanism mentioned in the previous point is based on the method previously adopted, subsidy for soybean imports on the basis of 75% subsidy and 7% of the subsidy of crusts of the quantity of those imports.
