Asharqia Chamber presents its best greetings to you and would like to inform you that it received a letter of Saudi Ports Authority - King Abdul Aziz Port in Dammam No. (16/6/14332) dated 12/6/1439.
It referred to the speech of His Excellency the Minister of Transportation, the Chairman of the Saudi Ports Authority No. (1/1/48372) dated 10/6/1439, regarding the sequence of procedures for access to the system of the Ports' society, which was applied as of Sunday 16/6/1439, corresponding to 4/3/2018.
The Authority notes that the Sequence of Access Procedures, if activated, requires the sequence of the system's steps from the relevant authorities. If the previous procedure were not completed, the applicants would be unable to complete their action data in the access notices. This may cause the completion of access notifications for the final phase in case of non-compliance by all parties involved.
The Authority would like that everyone would adopt the work under the Sequence of Procedures and not delay the completion of the procedural statements.
