Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the letter of the Real Estate Contributions Committee No. (3239) and the date (4/11/1442 AH), a reference to the contribution of Jawaher Al-Nimr belonging to Ghassan Al-Nimr for Real Estate Investment, which is seen by the Real Estate Contributions Committee.
Based on Cabinet Resolution No. (130) and dated (7/5/1429) to form the Real Estate Contributions Committee, and Cabinet Resolution No. (48) and dated (02/14/1430 ) to approve the working mechanism of the Real Estate Contributions Committee, Ministers No. (297) and the date (7/13/1435) to amend the working mechanism of the Real Estate Contributions Committee, and since the Committee is in the process of selling the shareholding land.
In the context of the interest of the Real Estate Contributions Committee (liquidation) and its keenness to develop the joint role with the chambers of commerce and the real estate committees, and to provide a greater opportunity for investors to apply for the purchase of the lands of the contributions that the Committee is working on, the Committee places in your hands the barcode below the book containing the details of the competition offered for sale that will be sold by public auction.
