The Chamber presents its compliments, this is to inform you that we received a letter from the national exhibition and Conference (35812) dated (28/11/1435 e), containing the invitation to attend the second Saudi Forum under his Royal Highness the President of the Saudi Commission for tourism and antiquities, his Royal Highness Prince of Riyadh, which takes place during the period (17-18 January 1436 e) h (10-11 April 2014), at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel. The Forum is the largest gathering of officials involved in exhibitions and conferences in the Kingdom, the Forum aims at transferring knowledge and exchanging experiences and benefit from the international experience in the development of exhibitions and conferences, highlighting the importance of exhibitions and conferences and their association and their role in economic development, and to discuss the issues facing the sector, the Forum program will include the following themes:
-Recent trends in industry conferences and exhibitions.
-The development of the regulatory environment for industry exhibitions and conferences in the Kingdom.
-Investment in the establishment and operation of the Convention and exhibition centers.
-Professional development of human resources in sector fairs and conferences.
-Elements of the exhibition and Conference in Riyadh, Abha, and Taif.
-The role of service providers in the private sector growth.
