Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (431101930) dated (3/5/1443 AH), regarding the Federation’s receipt of the letter of the Public Transport Authority No. (1/3/3887) dated (2/5/1443 AH). Reference is made to what was included in paragraph (sixth) of Article (fourth) of the regulation regulating the activity of car rental and leasing intermediaries issued by the decision of His Excellency the Minister of Transport and Logistics No. (120/41/1) and dated (7/5/1441 AH) And its amendments, which stipulate: “Linking to any electronic systems determined by the Authority” and Article (21st) which states: “The facility licensed to conduct the activity must link to the electronic system determined by the Authority: and abide by the contract form, and it may add to it what does not conflict with its articles After obtaining the approval of the Authority” and with reference to the decision of His Excellency the Chairman of the Authority No. (165/43/1) and the date (1/5/1443 AH) to oblige licensees of category (A) and category (E) in the car rental activity to limit the issuance of car rental contracts from through the "Tajeer" portal starting from (28/5/1443 AH) corresponding to (1/1/2022 AD).
