The Chamber presents its compliments guide , this is to inform you that we received the letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers (ش.غ/1578) dated (29/5/1435), referred to a Saudi food and drug authority (20491) dated (17/5/1435) on the drug sector represented in the Organization of manufacture of cosmetic products and increase the efficiency and quality of the product, based on the decision of the Council of Ministers for Saudi food and drug authority at its meeting today (24/1/1428), containing the authority to organize and control everything related to beauty products, plus Provided for in article III of the rules of the primary purpose of the Commission is to organize monitoring of food and medicine and ensure the safety of cosmetics, the Executive management of the safety of cosmetic products in the preparation of a code of good manufacturing bases for cosmetic products ' Good Manufacturing Practice GMP for Cosmetic Products, building on the efforts of some developed countries and regional and international organizations working in this area.
So the Council hopes interested parties to express an opinion about the code for using the form within 60 days of the date of the letter, and send notes to email (cosmastd.drug@sfda.gov.sa) and the code is posted on the website by entering the drug sector – beauty products – manufacturing bases.
