Asharqia Chamber sends its warm regards. It is pleased to inform you about receiving a letter from the Saudi Chambers Union, numbered (45100589), and dated (12/2/1445 AH), referring to the letter from the General Real Estate Authority, numbered (532), and dated (8/2/1445 AH). This correspondence pertains to the cooperative land in Half Moon Beach, owned by the office of Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al Hamdan, which falls under the purview of the Real Estate Contributions Committee. This is in accordance with the Cabinet's decision number (130), dated (7/5/1429 AH), which established the Real Estate Contributions Committee, as well as the Cabinet's decision number (48), dated (14/2/1430 AH), approving the working mechanism of the Real Estate Contributions Committee, and the Cabinet's decision number (297), dated (13/7/1435 AH), amending the working mechanism of the Real Estate Contributions Committee.
As the committee is in the process of auctioning the cooperative land publicly, the auction is scheduled to take place on Monday, (19/2/1445 AH), corresponding to (4/9/2023 AD).
As part of the Real Estate Contributions Committee's commitment and its keenness to enhance cooperation with the chambers of commerce and real estate committees, and with the aim of providing greater opportunities for investors to bid for the cooperative land currently being auctioned by the committee, interested parties can access the details of the competition for sale through the quick response (QR) code provided below.
