Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the Federation of Saudi Chambers letter no. (44100552) dated (15/2/1444 AH), in which it is indicated that the Federation received the letter of the Ministry of Finance No. (5530) and dated (10/2/1444 AH), which includes Royal Decree No. (AD / 33), dated (13/4/1443 AH) In its section (I), entitled "To allow government agencies to use participation in income, as one of the contracting methods for securing goods and services and granting the Minister of Finance the power to approve the rules for participation in income", and ministerial decision No. 1877 of (24/12/1443) To adopt the rules for income participation. The Non-Oil Revenue Development Centre will be the body responsible for receiving applications for income participation rules. Applications will be filled in the forms prepared by the Centre. The specialists can request the electronic version of these forms by e-mail (rs@nor.gov.sa).
