Greetings,
Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers No. (42502747) dated (9/7/1442), Concerning what was stated by the General Real Estate Authority, and based on one of the elements of the memorandum of cooperation signed with them regarding the program to raise the efficiency of human capital in the real estate sector, and as the authority is in the process of implementing the comprehensive strategy for the real estate sector to integrate its plans, initiatives, programs, and strategies to support national cadres and provide them with more qualitative expertise to enable it according to the highest internationally applicable standards.
Accordingly, the General Real Estate Authority will work in partnership with the Human Resources Development Fund "Hadaf" to launch a program to localize the professions of the real estate sector to raise the efficiency of human capital and train and employ 11200 citizens and national cadres.
Therefore, the Council invites the concerned council to register the employees' request on the Taqat platform via the website (http://transition.taqat.sa), in addition to learning more about the courses of the Saudi Real Estate Institute, the academic arm of the Authority, via the website (https://srei.sa).
